Yes it is. We want our people to feel comfortable to talk to us if they have questions or concerns about their experiences at work. Whilst we have lots of mediums through which you can do this already, we recognise that sometimes people don’t do so for various reasons – so we’ve created this portal for people to explore those conversations with comfort. We’ve built the system in this way to ensure that it can only be accessed by Havas employees. It also allows us to future-proof the site via ongoing deployment of IT security protocols.

You can talk to us about any genuine inquiries, feedback, or concerns related to workplace policies, procedures, or personal experiences affecting your working life.

A range of qualified and experienced People/HR professionals from across the UK People Team/HR community will be in conversation with you. You will be able to see who you are conversing with, so if you’d prefer to speak to someone else for any reason please tell us during the conversation – we won’t be offended!

We aim to pick up the conversation with you within 36 hours.

That depends on what your message is about and how the conversation progresses. If your message is particularly complex or requires further investigation it may take slightly longer, but we'll be talking to you the entire time and keeping you informed of progress.

Yes, you can submit as many messages as needed. Each message will be treated as the start of a new conversation, so you may be speaking to multiple people from the HR/People Team at the same time, but these can be linked during the conversation(s) if appropriate.

If your message requires immediate attention or involves an emergency situation, please do not rely on this portal and instead get in touch directly with your Line Manager or HR/People Team contact.

Yes, you can use the portal to report misconduct or violations of company policies anonymously. Your report will be taken seriously, and appropriate actions will be taken to address the issue, however, please note that in some instances it may not be possible to progress any report meaningfully without entering into a direct conversation with you. If you think it’s more appropriate to make a report under our whistleblowing policy, you can do that here.

Yes. For record-keeping and reference purposes, messages submitted through the portal (and subsequent conversations) will be handled in compliance with data protection laws and in accordance with our privacy policy.
